School Supply Delivery Delayed

The long tradition of handing out school supplies to children at the start of the school year was upended this year by the pandemic. Having investigated many different approaches, the KKIS Team came to the difficult conclusion that delivering school supplies to over 1,500 students, was not possible without gathering large groups, something that puts volunteers and students at risk.

The difficult decision was made to wait patiently until school is back in session.

Supplies were generously donated again this year by The Youth Connection, a group of inspiring young people in Canada (check out their great video), our friends and long time supporters, the local developer SIMCA Desarrollos, and from donors like you who packed suitcases with school supplies &/or donated on line.

Thank you for your generosity! We will keep you updated on the delivery date and look forward to sharing photos of smiling faces once students can re-enter the classroom and KKIS volunteers can safely deliver the Supplies for Success.

Help us keep this tradition alive in the coming year, contribute to Supplies for Success today!
